Coaster HAPPY WOLF suffered engine failure E of Bulgarian coast on Sep 2 (according to available track data), while en route from Tuzla-Istanbul to Kherson Ukraine, being well into Black sea after Straits transit. Turkish SAR tug was deployed to tow her back into Turkish waters, she was anchored at Turkeli anchorage, Istanbul area, Black sea, in the morning Sep 4.
