Russian bulk carrier troubled in Dardanelles, anchored

Bulk carrier KAVKAZ V suffered engine failure early in the morning May 27 in Dardanelles south of Canakkale, while transiting Straits in northern direction. The ship was towed by SAR tugs to Karanlik anchorage, and anchoed. As of 0830 UTC, she remained in the same position. The ship’s en route fro Haifa to Kavkaz Russia.
